Responsible for detailed design and engineering services relating to Piping including layout, piping material selection, piping material line classes, standard and specialty piping components, stress analysis and supporting of piping systems.
Accountability:
Technically accountable for piping design, layout, materials, Stress analysis, and meeting industry codes & standards, legislation and guidance requirements.
Review, check and approve subordinates work.
Planning, coordination and directing project execution for piping design and engineering related activities.
Supervise, manage and deliver Piping engineering and detail design services in a team environment primarily within the WGPSN.
Assisting Lead piping engineer to manage the projects targets
Basic Functions:
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas industry is essential
Degree qualified
Experience in supervising a piping design/engineering team
