required details of Piping layout system was created by RVS
Dear all,
I am in pulb and paper and power industry side. Please explain the piping consideration of Pipe layout the following systems
1. Feed water systems
2.main steam line system
3.sootblower system
4.waste water system
5.air system (like burner,air port, cooling air)
6.air preheater system
7. cooling water system
8.ejector system
please I am a freshers in piping. but some of the project handled ownly. so pls give some ideas to me, for best of my job

That is a very big list, and would require either a lengthy training course or a lot of time spent under the guidance of a senior piping designer.
I doubt if anyone here will have the time or energy to reply with anything useful to such a general request.

I would really like to help you but I need more information.
1. Where are you?
2. Where is this Project?
3. What kind of project is this: Power or Pulp?
4. Is this an Outdoor Plant or an indoor Plant?
5. Do you have a Plot Plan for This Project?
6. Is this a New Project or is this a Revamp Project?

thanks for ur helping mind, I am from india, project based on finland, This is power project, indoor project
I haven't plot plan yet. This is a new project. please help the mentioned systems layout consideration for me.

You cannot even start to think about system routing until you have the following items in hand.
- A copy of the Plot plan showing the location of all the equipment involved with each system.
- A copy of all the P&ID's involved for each system.
- A clear understanding of the planned Pipe Support method (floor supported or traipse support from the rafters) , location and elevations.
