I would like to know if PDMS can export the models to dwg format?.

The way I know is........creating PDMS Draft drawing & then convert the plot file into dwg file.

If you are referring to 3D items then you have a couple of different ways to do so. In 11.6 and prior you could purchase a module called Explant-A and it would create an autocad file. There is also a module called Explant-I which will export to a dgn. The dgn export is cleaner but it stills has issues just like any export to a different format. It will be unintelligent and will require some checking and does have limitations.

Yes, check the PSI (Pipe Stress Interface) module from PDMS.
