Modular Pipe Rack

Really helpful to get such guidance from the guys who already dealt with these kind of projects.

I am new to the modular design concept so felt these modular things are dificult to do however after I read your reply I am feeling little bit comfortable now to go about it. Thanks for that...

With reference to your post, it seems that even if we do all the things mentioned for modular piperacks there is considerable amount of work still involved at site like aligning all the piping for welding by removing tack welds, Hydro testing (second time) etc.

Considering the amount of work at site is it worth doing all the piperack in modular way or it is better if we do the piperack part of the plant in conventional way & rest of the things in modular way?
Of course, you must be knowing better & shed some more light on the same.
