Hi Guys
I have leakage on a 1" steel tube that transfers barrier fluid (for lubrication) from the topside of the FPSO to the subsea risers. The fluid is meant for subsea pumps.
These leakages are observed on the screwed fittings(elbows and tee). Can someone advise on how to stop the leakage or any form epoxy that can be used to patch the leak

...SO we talking real high pressure here? IF so, the only way I know for sure that will work is to seal weld the connection! ...Good Luck!"The fluid is meant for subsea pumps"

Thanks 11echo, I'll look into your proposed solution. The only issue here is that we cannot do hotwork at the moment.

WELL if you have the time the only other way is to use some type of "glue" you originally talked about, and hope for the best. Try looking at the following:
