I am looking for the standards of the flange of the transition pipes which is located at the concrete. Can anybody help me to reach this standard?

I think someone would be able to give you some help if you would give us somemore information.
Please describe what you are trying to do. Also the commodity, pressure and tempurature would be helpful.

if you are talking about the dimension between the HPFS (high point finished surface) and the FOF (face of flange), generally you would leave 12". This would allow enough room for the pipe fitter to get his tools and hands around the work without any probs. This is just a general dim, it can be different as circumstances require
