Cunifer Welding was created by gpsvn
This is my first time dealing with Cu/Ni 90/10 piping. Is there any thing I should consider in my design ?

Appreciate your help

Here are some web sites that may be able to offer some help.

www.offshore-technology.com/cont ... s/yang-bo/

www.modares.ac.ir/ds2006/present ... mariva.pdf

www.copper.org/applications/cuni ... t_cuni.htm

ttsi.en.ec21.com/GC00323616/CA00 ... anges.html

I did a quick scan of these sites and I found nothing that called for any special design considerations. You however should dig deeper, it is your project.

Jop

I refer to the old design and see a lot of breaking flanges. Not sure why there were used. What are the WPS for Cunifer, do they need backing gases ?
