This is my first time dealing with Cu/Ni 90/10 piping. Is there any thing I should consider in my design ?

I did a quick scan of these sites and I found nothing that called for any special design considerations. You however should dig deeper, it is your project.

I refer to the old design and see a lot of breaking flanges. Not sure why there were used. What are the WPS for Cunifer, do they need backing gases ?
