I would like to know how to calculate the number of electrodes required for welding

Here are the specimen details

Pipe Specification – SS, 10 inch dia, Sch 80 – 15.2 mm thickness

Joint Design – Bevel Angle 35.5 +- 5, Gap = 3 to 4 mm

Root Pass – GTAW – ER 316L – 2.4 mm Dia
Hot Pass – GTAW – ER 316L – 2.4 mm Dia
F1 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 2.5 mm Dia
F2 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
F3 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
F4 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
F5 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
F6 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
CAP 1 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
CAP 2 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
CAP 3 – SAMW – E316L 16 – 3.2 mm Dia
