It does not matter whether you are calculating the wall schedule for pipe or the appropriate flange rating for the same line you still use the same data.

The corrosiveness of the commodity

The corrosion allowance
The 12.5% mill tolerance
Rounded off to the next higher commercially available standard wall schedule
