for replacement of seamless pipie which one is better
either electric fusion welded or electric resistance welded pipe?

Why are you replacing Seamless?
What is the commodity?
What size is the line?
What are the design conditions?
If you are talking about replacing an old 6" seamless carbon steel pipe for a mild hydrocarbon in a tank farm that operates at atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature then either (ERW or EFW) would be acceptable as a replacement.
Why are you replacing Seamless?
