Working in Mexico

I have been offered a piping designer contract in Sialo Mexico, i have to put together an all in rate has anyone had any experience working in Mexico, are you housed in a compound? what is cost of living? what are the tax issues? i would appreciate some feed back thanks

I “HOPE” you are going through some kind of shop to get this position!!? The shop would know all the info you are asking about, and could give you some good answers. After all the more you get the bigger the take it is for them. DO NOT even contemplate going over there by yourself, thinking you’re going to cut out the middleman and get more money, the criminal element in places like that are just licking their chops for guys who think they are smarter and going to make more money.
