Thank you for recently ordering a piping designers polo shirt at Moteefe.
Unfortunately, the products produced for this campaign didn’t meet the quality standards yet they were shipped out. My apologies for this, this should not have happened!
We have very high quality standards are will produce your order in line with our internal quality standards and ship to you.
Please accept my apologies for the fact you’ve received this shirt and I ask you to give us a few more days to send you the perfect quality.
I will further improve our quality control to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

Hi designers,
Yesterday I received my new polo and sweater + one extra polo from Moteefe after my complain about the bad quality of their first shipment.
Instead of printing the logo they stiched it on both the sweater and logo.
Both thumbs up for Moteefe and the way they took action on my complain and their correct emails.
So if you also want this great item(s) you can be ensure that you get a good quality and I take back the words I mentioned earlier on this thread.......
