Learning CADworx

So I have been asked to learn CADworx by the company that I am contracted out to right now. I don't see anything on it in this forum and we don't use it where I work. I guess my question is is it worth it to spen the money to try and learn this program? They tell me if I learn it I would be more valuable to them. But I am also smart enough to know that that dosen't really mean more money for me. They really just want something for nothing. Do alot of people use this program? Is it going to make me look better to other companies? I'm still in the beginning stages of piping design but I ask alot of questions and catch on fast. I am just wondering if I should be trying to learn something better or if this is a good thing to learn? Thank you for any input.

Even as a contractor I don't believe you should be asked to pay for "required" training out of pocket! I have always been reimbursed or had costs covered for any training required.

Thanks Guys. Still not sure what I want to do. Its not my company asking its the company I've been helping out. They are constantly asking me to learn and do things on my own time. I know its my job to make our company look good but at the same time I don't like to feel like I'm getting cheated somehow. I'm doing all this extra for them and what are they doing for me? Keeping me at a place thats real far from home with a screwed up database and below average co-workers. Its hard to go the extra mile with these people for nothing.
