First, just a minor suggestion to you and others who are inclined to use the word "fresher".
"Fresher", according to the dictionary is a British Slang term for "freshman" meaning someone who is in the first year at the University.
I think you mean and therefore should use the term "Novice"
"Novice" noun - a person who is new to the circumstances, work, etc., in which he or she is placed; beginner; tyro: a novice in politics.
Then, regardless of which term you choose to use you will get very little attention with only what you have said here.
Remember taking a course in "PDMS" does not make you a Piper any more than taking a course in "Stove" will make you a Chef in a Five Star Restaurant. You need to learn the basics.
I suggest that you should give more information about your training in the pure basics of piping. Such things as:
- Pipe
- Piping Fittings
- Pipe Flanges
- Valves
- Piping Component Assembly
- Piping Dimensioning
- Pipe Routing
- Piping of Simple Equipment
- Piping of Complex Equipment
You should then also define your actual experience as a Piping Designer.
Where have you worked?
How long did you work there?
What did you do there?
If you do not have the training or the experience then you need to get it.

Dear sir,
I am very sorry for asking that type of question. But it was my needed to ask. I am doing the PDMS couse in Bangalore, India.
I have an experience in the food & grain processing equipment manufacturing industry. In that my role is to design the layouts for the suitable flow of product. I got the Designation as CAD-Designer.
I am working in Buhler Ltd. from last 2 years.
So I have got experience in P&ID's, Layouts, Stuctural drawings, Equipment Drawings(i.e. Silo, Bins, etc), Piping Diagram, Piping Routing, BOM's, etc.
So I may not get very much difficult to suit in the Processing Industries. Due to the experience, I will be able to pickup within a very short period.
But only I worried about the chance of getting good jobs.
