Dear all

im a junior in piping,having 1.5 years exp. my firm deals with steels plant piping,we are not developing isometrics,but most of the companies do this only , we used to prepare plans and sections ,is there any difference s beyond orthographic/isometric views showing

I am not sure I understand your question.
I think you know and make orthographic drawings (Plans and Sections) but may not know and understand Isometric Drawings. Is this correct?

Here is a link to a sample Piping Isometric Drawing.
A piping isometric (Iso) displays a pipe line (or a part of a pipe line) in a semi-3D manner displaying the East-West, North-South, Vertical (up & down) routing with all the piping language symbology, dimensions and detail Bill Of Material (BOM)
information to purchase the material and fabricate the configuration.
