I know if you want to have a specific cracking pressure (the pressure to open the valve) of wafer check valve, you must state it when ordering. But, Is there any standard (API, MSS-SP-...,) for cracking pressure?

The cracking pressure generally varies form one manufacturer to another. We generally ask the manufacturers before buying the valves if there is any restriction.
