If I am a fresh one I want to know what is the step by step method to understand the piping field, so that every new one can have that benefit of perspective knowledge.

You have posted this on the "Codes & Standards" page of the Forum.

Do you only want to know which Codes & Standards might apply to understanding of the piping field?
Or
Do you want to re-post this on the "Technical" page and get a broader view of the understanding of the piping field?
