This is actually a great question for this forum. I've been estimating jobs for 2 years now and to be honest I have a system that seems to work, but I pretty much pulled it out of my a**e . No one has ever showed me how they do it. This place is full of losers anyways. I know there's a system. There has to be. I'd love to merge my a**e based system with a more proven system

We really need to look in to the various aspects of what JOP is sending out in the personal email. have you any attachemnts lets share it across so as to get a good and legible estimation

pipe design estimation....put together a number of hours that it takes to do the job....from beginning to end....and add your contingency.... there you go
