    Hi guys,

I’m a Trainee Piper and new to this site and after some advice here

I started off 2 and a half years ago, but for the first 2 years was really messed around. i brought this up with my employer and have now been asked for my input to help management restructure and add to their traineeship program for piping designers.

What im seeking advice on is what training and material (books/ theory etc would you recommend for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd year level?)
At the beginning of each year they do up to 4-6 weeks of training with the new trainee’s starting out at the company normally some 2d and basic 3d stuff, but i want to take it further and really get guys interested and enjoying what they do, and thats where i need help with reference material and and excercises books etc that i can add to the program for next year to turn this around!

If antyone has any suggestions or advice for me i am willing to listen, i am just really keen to get this up and running so any new trainee’s don’t go through what i did!!

    thanks in advance,

    Trav
