hi again guys…i need your advice or any suggestion on designing piping system for a high pressure separator in a refinery.
Ok here is the situation right now:
– the current existing vessel is going to be replaced by new one
– the new one is horizontal (existing is vertical)
-there going to be a slope for this vessel
-the space for this new vessel is very limited. (Chevron Standard is applied)
-Internal Diameter is 3500, Tangential line to tangential line distance is 7000, Installation level is BL+4200
-all nozzle rating is #1500
-service is hydrogen
Could you guys advise me on what are the things that i need to consider, concerns that may arise, or any matters pertaining to this matter.
