project name : Red Sea to Dead Sea water conveyance

in simple words the objective is to transmit sea water from red sea to dead sea which about 180 km long

I need just a guide who told me where I can start just give me tips to start ( hints )

– which standard is the best and simplest to use
– how to find a catalog for the pipe
– how I can make feasibility study for my project
