Hi Tayo,
I hadn’t heard of these either, so I did a Google search. NORSOK are standards developed by the Norwegian petroleum industry. From what I’ve seen, there appears to be a heavy reference to ASME and other internationally recognized standards. I couldn’t find anything specifically on weldolets, but if you try your own search you may have better luck than myself. I would also request more information from whoever is specifying these. My guess is that it is most likely a client request.
