Thanks for the pointer Anton, there is some decent information on preparation for a survey there. I was also hoping someone might provide like a checklist of key dimensions you should always take, maybe correct way to measure pipe/steel.
Also, sometimes if you are tie-ing into an existing line/piece of equipment it is difficult to identify a fitting. Is there a correct thing to do in such circumstances?
