Something I’ve been wondering about. Has anyone run into software that checks the piping design? I only have experience using CADWorx, and I was thinking about writing something to check pipelines for low points/pooling areas and flag the user if any are found.
For example, if a pipe is on a North/South rack at 10′ above grade, jumps down to an east/west rack at 8’6″ above grade, runs 20′ and then jumps back UP to a north/south rack 10′ above grade, I think the software should be able to flag that.
