Hi Pipers
i have some questions regarding the basics of Piping :
1) Who defines the Headroom clearance ,accessibility height etc. Is it Project specific,country specific ( Avg. height of a particular country ) or client specific ?
2) what is the order for accessibility criterion i.e Do all the components have equal need of accessibility Or there are some order based on critical analysis for example ,
do we need to take care of the accessibility of orifice plates , spring boxes etc .
