Has anyone seen a chart listing gear operator dimensions for different valve sizes and ratings? I know that gear operators differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. With that in mind, I’d like just a generic-type chart listing approximate handwheel diameters, stem lengths and gearbox offsets (if any).
Also, where I work, we aim for a maximum rim pull force of about 80#. Can this be approximated using valve size and rating… or will operating pressure come into play? Need a general idea of which sizes and rating even require a gear operator.
