Have an iPhone? Apple iTunes offers new piping Apps!
Pipe schedules, dimensions, fittings dimensions, pipe spacing dimensions, stub ends, valve legnths, flange data & dims, and lots more are now available for iPhone users offered in ‘Apps..’
These ‘Apps’ can be found in Apple’s iTunes Store under a ‘pipe’ search for a nominal fee around $1 to $4 USD..
Of course, each engineering company has their own standard piping chart dimensions, etc. but these piping ‘Apps’ offer quick and convienent standard data and dimensions if you are designing a piping arangement on a sketch pad, for instance.
Just type in ‘pipe’ in the search browser on iTunes ‘App’ icon on your iPhone and scroll down all the way to the bottom to find this valuable information.
There also are free ‘Apps’ for quick and easy length, area, metric to imperial, etc. conversions.
