    Hi,

    I think you should following these steps. For this project,
    1. Assign a new line number to reflect the size change from 200 NB to 150 NB.
    2. Analyze welding compatibility between new and old piping, considering material properties, stress and integrity.
    3. Review the design modification carefully, focusing on the material of construction (MOC), pressure ratings, thermal expansion and flow requirements to ensure system reliability and safety.
