Get the Piping Engineer to give the info needed to the programer and they can create them. Sames as CV's, Specialty item.'s or supports.

Yes it is possible, but u cant do it by placing default orifice flange from PDS.
For this you have to creat a piping speciality item as a SP item with 4 tappings.
Use this sp tag no. while placing orifice assembly. You can take help of PDS administrator
for creating SP item ( orifice flange with 4 taps) .
