Doubts in Piping Material specfication

Hi all,

I would like to get clarified on few areas of piping material specification. Basically I trying to understand the a-z route to prepare a piping specification.
As a first step, I want to know about the pressure-temperature rating table and the branch table formation. Since I am working in piping for more than 8 year I am well conversant with commonly used materials, rating, sizes, type etc. But its not only enough to prepare a material specification.
I kindly request the team here to help me to understand the basics for the above two topics.

1) Pressure & temperature table: How to prepare this table?

2) Branch Table Information : How to select the branch to header types ?
