Turn after the onpad was created by manojkumar.g86
Good Evening all

i am working for a onshore project .Here i am focusing a problem for pipe routing .my senior adviced me to take a turn with 90 deg elbow after crossing the onpad . my question is why we want to take a turn after crossing the onpad from the well.

Excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean by an "onpad". Because you mention that you're piping from a well, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that your lead is advising you to add some flexibility into the line to allow for the thermal growth of the wellhead. If you could expand on your question with some more detail the chances are you'll get a more useful answer.
