Drawing Scale was created by gkumar
Is it right to scale up the border size (A1, A2, A3, A0) to represent a big layout drawing..??

Case1: If I scale up or down the border size than it will deviated from the standard sizes like A1, A2, A3, A0.

Case2: If I scale up or down the drawing in respect to keep the standard border size. Than I have to make manual dimension adjustment in Autocad & Microstation to represent the dimensions as 1:1.

What will be the preferable arrangement in these two cases?

There is a "Search" feature (* FAQ * Search * Members * User Control Panel) located at the top of the screen just under the advertisements.
If you click on "Search" and type in "Drawing Scale" in the first box marked "Search for Key Words" and then hit search at the bottom of the screen you will get lots of information from previous questions on the same or related questions.
