im referring to 11echo response. and its way off the mark. Flange rotation has nothing to do with the way the bolt holes are oriented during installion. Flabge rotation is a technical term and its usage has a specific purpose.

I stated the problem as I understood it to be from the original posting! AND as I stated it, what I posted is a correct answer for the problem. I face this type of problem a lot here in the oil fields I work in.
