Hose bib call out

Normally, I would call it out as a "Speciality Item" .....

These should be given an SP number, similar to an instrument number (depending on your project), and this would reflect on the P&ID.

You would then give a general description of the Item, including:
Name: Hose Bib
Size: Specify Nominal Pipe Size
Rating: As per spec
Feature: Specify design features including connection type
Material: CS / SS etc
and any other information you deem necessary.

Speciality Items may include such items as, Hose Bibs, Bellows, Flow Elements etc, basically anything not included under the headings of Pipe, Fittings, Flanges or Valves.

Verify that all data in the list agrees with:
1) Requirments set out on piping drawings
2) Available hardware in the manufacturers' catalogues.
