100 % X-ray / Radiography is mandatory from which size of Piping components & for what Piping components . Pl. add some info regarding this .

In my experience size doesn't matter. Sour service was 100% x-ray. I have worked in Sweet plants where it was as low as 10%.
Depends on the service type, corosion allowance, sometimes the client or Provincal/State regulations.
I'm sure there are other factors as well.
