Do it once and Do it Right
Replied by Jop on topic Sachin, You keep asking these types
Sachin,
You keep asking these types of questions and I for one am wondering why?
If you are a Piping Material Engineer you would not and should not be asking them.
If you are a Piping Designer then you should be using the piping material line class specifications and not asking a lot of questions.
If you are the Project Manager or the Client then you should be asking the Piping Material Engineer.
If you are Construction or a Sub-Contractor then you should be using the material listed on the drawing bill-of-material (BOM)
Why are you asking them?
The NORMAL pipe schedule for Class 150 piping is schedule 40
Exception: If the corrosion rate of the commodity is very high then the wall schedule might be increased to schedule 80.
