International Institute of Piping Engineers and Designers:
IniPED run a number of graduate and post graduate programmes and degrees in the piping field.
The SPED program is fantastic. I completed the PPD Level III course a couple years back. Having had a background working for a refinery, the information presented in the course is very much in-line with what you'll find out in the plant. This course will give you the "why and how" with respect to piping design. Highly recommended.
