1. What this tool does
The tool description says the page estimates practical pipe support spans from pipe size, material, loading and allowable deflection.
The live tiles are chart-based and separate from Rack and Process Spans. Rack and Process Spans says it does not read those charts. This article does not describe a chart, because the chart is not reproduced here.
2. When to use it
Use the page when the work is the chart-based pipe span already on the site. Use Rack and Process Spans when the work is the beam-theory screen. Use Support Span when the work is that other page. This article does not choose among them.
3. Inputs
Pipe size, material, loading and allowable deflection are the words in the directory description. They are not a field list.
4. How it works
This article does not supply a formula, a chart, or a span.
An older Pipe Span Calculator v0.1 is archived for reference only. It says that package embedded a legacy chart and that the chart is not to be deployed. This article does not copy that chart.

The tool shows the result on the page.
6. Engineering considerations
This page and Rack and Process Spans stay separate. This page and Support Span stay separate. Line spacing is a different calculation.
