What this tool does
Quick Reference shows the key figures for one size on one card: pipe, flange, gasket, butt-weld fittings, line blank, valve length and stud bolts.
When to use it
Use it when you want a single-size summary for a detail, a sketch or a site question.
Inputs
- Nominal size, pressure class and schedule.
- Units.
- Optional gasket thickness, nut height and stick-out, for a stud shop length.
How it works
The card does not keep its own tables. It asks each tool on the site. If a tool is not installed yet, the card names it and gives no number.
Understanding the result
Each line links to the tool it came from, so you can open the full figure.
Engineering considerations
- Every figure carries the status of its own tool, including interim data.
Example
NPS 2, class 150, Schedule 40: outside diameter 2.375 in, wall 0.154 in.
Standards/references (licensed vs interim)
Each line uses the sources and interim notes of its own tool.
Limitations/disclaimer
- Fittings, blanks, valve lengths and stud length appear only once those tools are live.
- The result is preliminary and needs engineering review.
