What this tool does
Design Checklists gives six tick lists: plot plan, equipment layout, piping general arrangement, isometric checking, material take-off and tie-ins. Each has eight items.
When to use it
Use them before you issue a drawing, or as a prompt when you check someone else’s work.
Inputs
- Tick each item as you check it.
How it works
Ticks stay in your browser. You can print the page or export a CSV that lists each item as yes or no.
Understanding the result
The page counts how many items are ticked in each list.
Engineering considerations
- These are short prompts. Your project checklists and procedures come first.
Example
On an isometric, tick that the bill matches what is drawn, and that each break names the next iso.
Standards/references (licensed vs interim)
The items were written for this page. No third-party checklist is copied.
Limitations/disclaimer
- Eight items per list.
- The result is preliminary and needs engineering review.
